- Valid Driver License Required.
- International License Accepted.
- Any International driving license must accompany with a valid Passport.
- Any driver’s license with certain restrictions may be declined, depending on the restriction.
- We do not accept G2 driver’s licenses.
- All clients must present a valid second piece of photo id at the time of pick up. Learn more about the driver’s license and requirements here.
- All vehicles must be returned to rental location with the exact level of gas as rented.
- If vehicle is not returned with the same level of gas, a $25.00 administration fee will apply.
- Vehicles are assigned a certain amount of free kilometers that can be used by the renter.
- The renter is responsible for paying for additional kilometers.
- Customers may pay through the following:

- VISA
- Master Card
- American Express
- Payment for the rental vehicle is made upfront at the time of rental vehicle pick up.
- All vehicle cancellations, must be submitted one week in advance to pick up time to avoid a one day rental charge.
- 12 Passenger Van cancellations, must be submitted one week in advance to pickup time to avoid full rental charge for reservation.
- All cancellations must be done by the phone or email.
